By creating a RescuQR account, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the RescuQR Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or are using RescuQR under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate, complete, and belongs to you or to an individual you are legally authorized to represent.
• You understand that RescuQR is a digital emergency medical identification and information platform and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, ambulance services, or emergency healthcare.
• You agree to maintain accurate and up-to-date medical and emergency contact information.
• You understand that emergency medical information you choose to store may be made available to authorized emergency responders when your RescuQR code is scanned during an emergency, according to your privacy settings.
• You acknowledge that incorrect, incomplete, or outdated medical information may affect emergency response, and RescuQR is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by you.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, create fraudulent accounts, upload false information, duplicate QR identities, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
• You agree that RescuQR may suspend or terminate accounts that violate applicable laws or these Terms.
• You understand that RescuQR may periodically update its services, features, security measures, and these Terms, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of such updates.
• You consent to receive essential account, security, verification, and emergency-related communications through email, SMS, push notifications, or other supported communication channels.

RescuQR provides a QR-linked emergency identity profile. When your band's QR code is scanned, the information you choose to make public is shown to assist first responders and bystanders during an emergency. RescuQR is not a medical, emergency dispatch, or healthcare provider and does not replace calling local emergency services.

Each band carries a validity period from the date your payment is confirmed: the ₹499 band is valid for 2 years and the ₹999 band is valid for 6 years. The bands are otherwise identical in features. After the validity period you may need to renew to keep your emergency profile active.

Your emergency QR code is generated only after your payment is successfully confirmed. Orders left unpaid beyond the payment window are automatically cancelled. A band, once claimed and linked to an account, cannot be claimed again by anyone else.

RescuQR is a digital emergency information platform.

RescuQR does not:

• Provide medical advice
• Diagnose illnesses
• Prescribe medication
• Replace licensed healthcare professionals
• Guarantee emergency response
• Operate ambulances or hospitals

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
